1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MYSLF mobile application and website myslfapp.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MYSLF Inc. ("MYSLF", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.2 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Prices may change with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions honor the current rate until renewal

4.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5. Use of the Service

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial fitness and wellness purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, data-mine, or extract data from the Service without permission
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. AI-Powered Features

The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized fitness coaching, workout plans, and nutrition guidance. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes and are not medical advice
• You should consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program
• AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
• We continuously improve our AI systems but do not guarantee specific outcomes

7. Health Disclaimer

The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. If you experience any pain, discomfort, or adverse effects during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and AI models — are the exclusive property of MYSLF Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. User Content

By submitting content (such as workout logs, feedback, or chat messages) to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store that content to provide and improve the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYSLF Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
